The firm from 1995 until today:

1995       SPIR STAR, Inc. starts operations in Houston, Texas.

1998       SPIR STAR moved into larger facility off FM 529
                and Highway 290.

2003       Our first Authorized Assembly Center was established for the state
                of Louisiana.  Also in 2003, our first international Assembly Center
                was established and located in Brazil, South America.

2004       An Authorized Assembly Center was located in Alberta for the provinces
                of British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan in Canada
 
2006       Construction on our new building was completed and SPIR STAR 
                relocated to West Road and Beltway 8.

2007        An Authorized Assembly Center was established for the province of
                Ontario, Canada.

2008       An Authorized Assembly Center was located in Newfoundland for the
                provinces of New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, 
                Newfoundland, and Labrador in Canada.

2009      SPIR STAR became the exclusive distributor for SAMI Instruments
               high pressure valves.

2010      An Authorized Hose Repair Center was established in Tamaulipas, Mexico
               for the country of Mexico.
