SPIR STAR™ offers a wide range of fittings made of various materials and a diversity of connections in both metric and standard thread sizes.

Due to modifications and changes in the world market, our fittings undergo constant development. Before newly developed fittings are ready to be sold, they must first pass a very strenuous testing regime. In this way, we can be sure that our customers receive a safe, proven product.

Our standard fittings (see catalog) are available from our fully stocked warehouse.

We are also happy to engineer a made-to-order fitting, to fulfil your individual needs or specifications.


Currently used materials:
Carbon steel, Stainless Steel (1.4571), high tensile stainless steel (1.4548.4)


Standard Connector Types:

Hydraulic Applications: DK (female fitting), AG (male fitting), JIC
High Pressure Water-blasting Applications: HD (high pressure fitting), DKOS (female swivel with o-ring)
Tube Cleaning Applications: AG (male fitting), Blast Pro TM, NPT, and HP tube nipples
Offshore Applications: JIC, Type M

Only SPIR STAR manufactured fittings should be used for crimping with SPIR STAR hose.

Our hose end fittings are complemented by a complete range of adapters including most common thread forms.
