Besides providing excellent high-pressure performance, our hoses feature a very small volumetric expansion, very light weight and can withstand very high external pressures. Additionally, our product range offers hose types that are able to withstand extremely high temperatures (up to +150°C) and are resistant to most chemicals.
Our ability to manufacture lengths of up to 4,500 meters is one more reason why our products are being approved and used by all major oil companies. A list of references is available upon request.
SPIR STAR hoses meet demanding requirements with regard to quality, service life and reliability.
As a matter of course all hoses can be supplied with test certificates according to DIN EN10204.3.1. These include the following test results:
- Change-in-length under pressure
- Burst pressure
- Leakage test
- Dimensional check test
Further tests will be carried out upon request.
