Quality standards

SPIR STAR AG manufactures in accordance with the highest quality standards. It is only natural for us to develop and manufacture our products with state-of-the-art production methods and in accordance with the highest quality standards. In order to guarantee maximum safety, all hose types are subject to multiple technical testing before being introduced to the market.


All hose assemblies are extensively tested before delivery so that only products of the highest quality leave our premises. For that reason we employ state-of-the-art test equipment like impulse test stands, measuring devices for the volumetric expansion and test equipment for external pressure resistance, tensile strength and burst pressure. Upon request we will issue a Test Certificate according to EN 10204 for each hose assembly.

SPIR STAR AG has been ISO 9001:2000 certified and offers complete documentation and process traceability. Our tried and tested Quality Management System guarantees that the raw materials that are used in production can always be retraced completely to their source of manufacture.
